1821 kcal Fat: 57.43g | Prot: 112.45g | Carb: 227.29g.   Breakfast: driscoll, I can't believe it's not butter spray, Quick 1 Minute Oats, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), Cinnamon, Coffee. Lunch: baked lays sour cream, Green Leaf Lettuce, White Wheat Wraps, Oven Roasted Deli Turkey. Dinner: Asian Medley Seasoned Vegetables, Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Tilapia (Fish). Snacks/Other: pork rinds, grapes, Natural Almond Butter - Classic, banana, pure protein chocolate deluxe, grapefruit, hard boiled egg. more...
