Day 2 my lowest weight yet. I'm feeling pretty good. Had some cravings yesterday but got thru them. ate around 1300 cals yesterday too. I also exercised. 3 mile walk.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
