(sigh) I overestimated how diciplined I would be when I got back to campus. I forgot how the cafeteria calories sneak in on you. This time on campus, I'm not competing, so I guess it not as ingrained in my being to be tough when it comes to eating the right portions and right types of foods. While gaining 1.2 pounds isn't too bad (I've lost twice that in a week many times before), it's still a neccessary measure that I need to adjust my eating habits before settling down into a routine.

Food-wise was were my problems were. Lots of carbs and not much balance. Ate chinese food many days of the week, whose sodium made me gain water weight. Activity-wise, i've been walking everyday, and I went to Kendo practice a couple times this week. That will continue.

This week I want to readjust my habits and start listening to my body again. I want to add in more snacks, so I don't eat as much at main meals. I'm going to be watchful over what I eat, becasue this week, I'm not going to weight myself until next saturday. So it will show my cumulative efforts over the week - good or bad. I just want to get back down to 157.5 so I can keep on going.
