LOL-I have done this!:) After I take my night meds, I simply don't have any resistance! One night I ate 3/4 carton of ice cream! Ah, so good...until I woke up the next day. (gilt!) Tomorrow is another day Buddy! Happy healthy eating! Blessings~Ann
