Thanks. I started logging entries about a month ago, then stopped, gained two pounds, and started again. So technically I started at 152 (I couldn't figure out how to change that) and am now down to 148, making it a 4 pound loss after two weeks of truly TRYING to lose the weight. I think the next week is really going to be a good one. Thank you all for the support :)

Logging all my food is critical for me, I have to do it to be successful. It's good that you're doing it. Keep up the hard work, hope the coming week goes well for you.

Congrats on the weight loss...I am new at this and I have a question. Is there a way I can just a amount of calories or do I always have enter a item to calculate calories?

Tin47, to my knowledge there is no way to enter just calories, you would need to enter specific food items and quantities. That puts the calories and nutrition information for the item into your food diary.
