ggrrrrrrrr........... stuck after only a week!!
240.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know the feeling, I'll try to spare the "hang in there - you can do it" kind of stuff :) You had mentioned that you had missed a couple of your meals, I know from experience this is very bad on Medifast, You are eating very few calories but you are eating often enough that your body doesn't know you are hardly eating anything. If you skip even one mean your body could go into "starvation mode" and you won't lose weight. I have a set schedule that has me eating every 2.5 hours starting at 6:30, if I'm a bit late for a meal I still eat the following meal at the scheduled time, the same thing goes for the weekends where I sleep later I will eat every 2 hours until I "catch up" with my normal schedule. Maybe this will help you not forget to eat meals, you could even set alarms on your phone if it supports multiple alarms if you need to. I know you are weighing yourself daily, I find for me that weighing myself weekly is best, that way daily fluctuations get evened out, and I think you stress when you see yourself not losing weight which doesn't help at all. Are you working with a health coach? If you are you probably should talk to them for advice as well.

thanks! I tried taking your advice from what you posted on somebody elses journal. I actually got in almost 1200 yesterdy and I "might" have down half a pound (read my journal, LOL) I just doubled my lean.
