My summer vacation has come and gone. Five weeks of not logging, measuring, or caring what I ate. I did continue to do my daily morning walk. I knew I had gained and am thrilled that it works out to less than a pound a week. Given the choices I made, it could've been much worse. And now back to doing things right. Here's to a new week, and a renewed effort.
