It's been 4days as dieting and exercising, but instead of dropping weight scales goes up. And the biggest struggle is to stop eating. But i have to always be tasting food when working in the kitchen and i started thinking that to go 6kg down in 2weeks is nearly impossible in this situation. Feeling big dissapointment.
