I am a daddy ! .... Yes a baby girl ! Elizabeth 7lbs 8oz born Monday @ 1125am ... We are back home and starting our new life ... Birth is the most beautiful experience ! ... i have really gained back some pounds but i have not been working out. I have been eating poorly and ready to get back on track .... i am sure i will get to my goal of 220 soon ....
