Yesterday I did not eat well. I had a ton of snacks, no real lunch and didn't have enough protein! I went out with some friends for a drink and ate some of their nachos. Too many. I ended up going for a long walk and doing 30 day shred with my mom but I didn't feel like I got enough exercise in. That workout is super short. Level 1 of the 30 day shred makes me sweat a little bit but it isn't that hard. Only 8 days until I have to wear a bikini in public! (Okay well I don't actually have to, but that is the goal) I also have a very cute dress to wear out next Friday and it makes me look TINY but if I'm at all bloated from too much salt/food it shows every flaw. Time to go for a run! And then do level 2 of the 30 day shred.
112.0 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
