Down 4 pounds in ONE WEEK! I've said this before, I joined the Serenity BFL challenge - and I haven't been a very good challenger, to tell you the truth. I needed the catalyst to get me moving, but I haven't been a very good teammate.

Regardless!! I've been following my own style of eating for weight loss & it is obviously working! I lost 4 pounds this week! WOO HOO!! I'm continuing to try to mark MOST of what I eat & keeping it right around 1100-1200 calories a day. I have some catching up to do in my food journal, but taht's OK. I know what I'm putting in my mouht & am embarrased to put anything other than real food.

Here's to everyday victories... Best of luck!
177.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow, congratulations on four pounds in a week! The only time I can do that is if I fast. But then it usually doesn't stay off, either. But I haven't been able to stick to 1200 calories a day for a very long time now, either! I look back to when I started this and see I was able to... why not now? I'm hoping it's the muscle I've made! lol... Anyway, congrats and just keep up what you're doing. :D

Congratulations! That's huge! Whatever you're doing is obviously what works for you so I wouldn't change a thing.
