Well yesterday was a free for all. I ate what I wanted, when I wanted, and it was amazing. But today I start the 21 day fix, and I'm also considering trying the honey and cinnamon cleanse that seems to be all but breaking the internet. I've read that it doesn't really make a big difference though. Has anybody else ever tried the cleanse? Did it work for you or no?
188.0 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

A balanced food plan with a decent calorie intake is a healthy way to lose weight - do you exercise at all? Create a deficit and you will lose for sure - good luck.

I exercise about 3 times/week and have a very physically demanding job HCB. My issue is definitely food. It's always processed, sugary, or fast food.

AS you move forward I bet you will get better at choosing healthy foods - with all your good exercise, I bet you could easily lose! Good job!

I hope so HCB. I've always been pretty good with exercise. But by the time I get home from work at 1130 at night I'm hankering for something gooood, and most of the time it ruins my entire day.
