Today is the first day of The Ancient Scheme: Nate's cut, and I've eaten a good amount of food. 3Oz turkey, 20 grapes, half a cantaloupe, 2oz turkey, banana, 30 blueberries, chicken sandwich with lettuce/ tomato, 2oz turkey, teaspoon coconut oil, 12 blackberries (extreme restraint on my part, and 1 cap full of flax seed
192.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week

Not sure what your regime consists of, but there's been a new game in town and it's really catching fire because it WORKS... trick is to get your body chemistry/metabolism back to it's natural state.
