Staying under 1500 calories is really no big deal most days. I've gotten really excited about exercising. I have worked up to 10,000 steps a day over 8 weeks (didn't win the cool prizes my husbands work was giving away though). That step program ended Sunday, but I've kept going. My goal is to work up to 14,000. 10,000 is already quite hard so I think I might stay here for a few weeks.
I'm so grateful for the support I'm getting. I have a great friend doing this with me and a great husband who doesn't complain at all when the kids get dumped on him so I can go do evening workouts :)
