so alright even though it seems I've gained I've actually lost. I wasn't able to correct weigh ins once I found out my scale was acting up. I have been using the one at work which is calibrated regularly. Do anyways in regards to my bread challenge I did awesome, couple meals I had a little cheat but didn't go over board and it was for special occasion. I think I'll be giving up chips and sweets next :)
176.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
