Feeling good this morning. So far tracking every day for my own personal spreadsheet tracking is somewhat of a roller coaster ride but week-to-week it's still less and less so that's a good thing. Now if I could just figure out why I'm having upper back/shoulder pain. The Mrs. thinks it's possibly due to losing the weight and things shifting. Tough to say. Anyhoo...it's going to be a good day.
