The reason for my terrible gain is that I was sick and took antibiotics that made me nauseous and hungry and bloated. I retained so much water! I am hoping that I will lose the gained weight after a strict week of sticking to my eating plan and drinking plenty of water. Maybe even a laxative to get the system going again...
177.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
