Well I'm back at 150 again .. This time , I'm trying something called Garcinia Cambogia , something my aunt recommended (Helped her lose 50 pounds!) . Also I'm going to try and get an hour of cardio(either brisk walking or biking) a day. I've also gone through my fridge, freezer, and cupboards, and got rid of a few things.. I'm going to make a big effort to eat fresh instead of frozen or processed . I hope I can stick to it this time ! My fiancé likes to eat a lot of takeout and high calorie, high fat foods, so it gets hard to stay on track sometimes .
