I feel awesome! I really like the fact that I am on here looking up food/recipes and watching how much I'm eating and I really haven't felt overly "hungry" which is great and I am enjoying most of what I am eating! I'm really going to focus on eating the least amount of sugar possible now. I still haven't gotten back to the gym but I plan on doing 2-3 days this week.
211.6 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
