3x24h calls in 5 days.. gonna be rough but one down and managed to stick to calories and even get to gym after a spectacular nap :) tomorrow again.. wish me luck!! and even a little lighter!! On point to make it to <80kg by aug 8th!!
178.9 lb Lost so far: 41.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
