Feeling very positive. Just hoping for the best this weekend, normally weekends is difficult for me.
169.5 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't allow the weekend to make you feel despondent. Stock up on popcorn for cravings. Weekends are my downfall as well. Stay positive.

Keep your chin up and hang in there Denisepret23's. Weekends seem to be difficult for me at times also. I just keep in mind that if I lose track and slip up, just start over the next day. You can do it.
