BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL IS 118 AT 12:46 A.M. ON THURSDAY, JULY 24TH. (BEFORE)


Trying to up my energy level so I decided to eat my flaxseed oat bran tuna wrap for breakfast. Of course my blood sugar is up!!!!!!!


229.4 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 69.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
