It does feel good to be doing the right things again, and seeing the results. Of course its mainly all fluid, but none the less 3kg in four days is a dream start and reinforces Im on the right track....again.
282.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 73.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Doesn't matter if it's mainly fluid. Fluid has weight too, and that's weight you don't need :) Good job getting back on track, and awesome loss!!
