Day 29. Oatmeal and banana breakfast with an egg.2.25 mile walk in 45 minutes. Today is Kiwanis Meeting day. Golden Corral. I eat the steamed vegetables and 3 or so oz of protein. I make the protein the size of my palm. Lost 3.2 pounds on a week were I really did not follow my routine very well during my birthday. Eye on the prize! Have a GREAT Day Everyone!
