I had a bad week for following my diet. I have increased my vegetable and water intake by 80% at least. However, I've had a hard time not snacking on sweet items... Sugar seems to be my weakness. I believe that I am re focused. I want to loose 3 lbs by Monday November 16, 2009. I don't think that is a reasonable goal.
