I start out well, but have trouble maintaining motivation unless I am buddied up or competing.I have so many mini goals and ways that I can lose and I seem to make an excuse everyday. Today, I am changing all of that. My new begining is to include 5-10 min of excercise everyday until I can make it a habit, drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday, and greatly reduce or eliminate sodium from my diet. Those are all easy enough to get me through 3 weeks of commitment. 21 days!
195.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

i have a motivation problem as well...i intend to workout daily but end up not with being lazy, and needing a w/o buddy and well things come up and get in the way...
