160.7 lb Lost so far: 20.3 lb.    Still to go: 5.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2007 kcal Fat: 79.11g | Prot: 52.17g | Carb: 288.26g.   Breakfast: herbal tea, banana, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), raisins, 2% milk, half and half, cheerios. Lunch: Apple, #6 Vegetarian, Extra Dark Specials Pretzels. Dinner: O'Doul's Amber Beer, Artichoke hearts, Italian Seasoned Premium Croutons, salad greens, Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, Mint Condition (Medium). Snacks/Other: Nature Valley Chewy trail mix Bars. more...
