1630 kcal Fat: 60.14g | Prot: 76.06g | Carb: 210.42g.   Breakfast: Orion Choco Pie, Coffee with Cream, canadian bacon breakfast sandwich. Lunch: Bell Peppers, Bananas, Butter, La Banderita Burrito Flour Tortillas (Grande/Large Size), Kirkland Signature Chocolate Chips, LeanFit Whey Protein Shake - Vanilla, Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter. Dinner: Pineapple and strawberry freeze dried slices, Butter, Chicken Kebab, Baked Sweetpotato (Peel Eaten, Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Knox Gelatine, Freeze dried grapes, Beef Jerky, Orion Tiramisu Soft Cup Cake. more...
