Somehow to my amazement, I stayed the same weight this weekend even though I was very bad. It was my birthday and we had a bbq and I did not worry about calories or anything... Maybe my body is finally letting go of some of this weight. Summer heat or something? IDK but before, one bad decision showed on the scale for sure.
136.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
