I work out, and I watch what I eat (most of the time) but for some reason the weight won't come off. I am getting very discouraged. Several years ago I never had this problem I was always the same size and could eat whatever. I hate it when age is a factor. This is bumming me out. BIG TIME. I am not sure what to try next
134.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I can hear how frustrated you feel. If you change your nutrition to real whole food you may have better results. Diet Cokes, Lean Cuisines and bars are not helping your cause much. It is not just about calories - it is the quality of what you choose to eat that will heal your health and push weight loss. Try Eggs for breakfast, real protein like chicken, fish, etc and some healthy vegetables and fruits for meals - if you do it for one week, and drink plenty of fresh water - I bet you will see movement. I wish you good luck!

try increasing your water intake. This is the biggest thing that helps me, and if I have crystal light and water bottles around, it really helps! When I don't lose, I pretty much know its because I've not been drinking.
