I am so excited to see a loss after holding steady for 4 or 5 long days. It reminds me what a friend who worked in a health spa once told me. She said sometimes your body pulls fat but that fat floats in the bloodstream for a few days.
Thus, you have lost weight, but it hasn't flushed from the body yet. I am going to focus on drinking more water to help that process along.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
