Gonna start loosing weight again. Keeping my weight steady doesn't seem to be a problem its loosing it that seems to be the hard part. i have to wake up before Kathie so i can make it to the gym but we have such a weird schedule that its hard to wake up in the morning. I got this. gonna go eat some oatmeal and then go for a jog, probably along the lines of the couch to 5k program again, that's if my leg holds out. Also, i need to get my blood pressure down, its probably not as bad as i think it is, but i want to pass the DOT physical the first time, without drugs.
