weight stable...with slight trend upwards. Am doing much resistance training not sure if this is affecting the weight as I am adding muscle.

Training hard....Triathlon this weekend!!

Onwards and upwards!!!
174.6 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
