YAY Me!! I did another 60 Cardio workout 2 Mornings in a row. I'm very proud of myself and I saw the scale go down again 1 pound. I'm Following the diet to a T. But yesterday I drank a Sugar Free Rock Star energy drink. I love these drinks. I'm going to have to ask LAWL how I can fit these into my diet.
What do you all do when you want to party for the weekend as far as having some drinks? I know we are allowed 2 drinks if we don't eat any starch for the day.. Is it worth drinking more then two? I wonder if the scale will show even If I work out twice as hard the day after..
183.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you do the drinks, up your water for the next few days after and do the lemon water. This will help with water retention.

Great idea to up your water to cover the drinks. We are going to a concert tomorrow, Def Lepard, Styxx and Foreigner, (old 80's groups) and I plan to drink a little, No starches for me that day and prob not my second bar so I might have three drinks. Good luck on your working out, that is great, but make sure you are drinking extra water when you work out, and if you are working out more than 5 hours a week you will have to up your foods to lose weight, (weird)...
