Another downtick. Trying to not exceed the carbs for my level while getting the protein I need is challenging. This feels like a modified Atkins diet.
Last night I tried having some plain eggs (to supplement the protein intake) with a partial portion of pita bread I head in the fridge from a dinner the other night. Carbs (naturally) were more than I wanted from the bread, but mixing the slightly runny eggs with the bread was great. It'd be fantastic if I could find a lower carb alternative that tasted decent for that purpose.
