Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, coffee (w/ half & half and splenda)

snack: sugar free red bull

lunch: two pieces of turkey bacon

snack: tea w/ splenda steamed veggies

dinner: roasted turkey breast w/ a side salad
156.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
