Time to get back on my diet. I have spent the last two months not exercising or working out. Some damage has been done, but nothing I can't overcome.
Hoping the scales were just a fluke this morning and I will get back down to 206 (which it what I was over the weekend).
210.5 lb Lost so far: 49.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
