One fast food meal can throw the whole day off. Protip: don't get the potato side to make it a combo meal. I would have had even calories and less sodium.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 66.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.0 lb a week
