Started to eat a lot of vegetables, seasonal fruits, a lot of water at least 2.50ltr a day.

Doing a water gym, every day for 40 minutes a day.thanks for my dearest friend Daria, she's my health idol.

Now, it's summer time, trying to keep on truck my new health routine.
Suddenly I became allergic for tomatoes, nuts, wheat flour. Love tomatoes :(
Now cannot eat it anymore.

Still though, I'm not going to give up for my health plan.

132.3 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
