I was surprised that I stayed the same I figured I would be up. The one thing that I think has helped me to start changing my thought patterns is realizing that a lot of people are in my shoes and that being intentional can start and keep going you don't have to feel like you failed and then "re-start" it is a way of thinking and a lifestyle change. ;0) I also am really happy about the change in my activity level and the fitness I am seeing after just working out for four weeks. Even though I wasn't on this site I started at 207 so when I started here I had lost a few pounds so the steady mark is okay seeing the previous week had me going out and eating Halloween candy and attending a party so here's to living and losing without losing our healthy perspectives on ourselves. Yea.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
