It's been a difficult week of stress, long hours and skipped meals. I bottomed out at 140.2 a few days ago. I've been trying to relax and pretty much nothing this weekend in order to recover and get ready for whatever fresh hell comes my way next week. :-)
141.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

We have sun and warm temps after a couple of cold and foggy days. Hubby and I installed two exterior lights after making a fresh tomato and bean soup (haven't tried it yet but it smells really good). Other than that, I'm not doing much more today. Maybe read some Practical Law related to my line of work, crochet or watch Netflix. So, no plans. All I know is that it will involve sitting with my feet up. 😊

Okay. So fresh hell arrived this morning. My co-worker is refusing to sign off on end of employment paperwork and is demanding more money. This results in another loooong stressful day and a skipped meal (didn't get home from work until 9:30 p.m. - started at 8:10 a.m.). It's times like this I start to think I'm getting too old for this shi... you get the idea. Hopefully tomorrow will be better (doubtful) since I don't like skipping meals. I'm interested as to what my weight is tomorrow morning. Oh well, time will tell on all accounts. Good night all. 🌛
