Alright. I had way too much sodium. I was eating that mexican candy thats just salt and chili pepper. Not enough water, because I ran out. Salmon and a quest bar. Back to staying with the safe stuff. My punishment/correction? Eggs all weekend. Blegh. o.O Today is vlcd no hcg day 1. p3 for 2 weeks starts Monday.
