Well, I went through a phase of non dieting and being conscious of what I eat to stabilize and stay within a 5# range. I did great and then my dear, loving mother in law passed away. we were all just so bereaved. I maintained for a while and then just started eating too much smart pop - darn you smart pop! I truly was not being very conscious of what I ate and gained, but not much. I was 10# out of my 'range' and got a hold on myself. I'm being very conscious of what I put into my mouth and how much.. and I'm off dairy, fats, sugar temporarily until I get back down to my range. I will take a short break and then continue my journey down to my appropriate weight. Let's keep on keeping on folks!
