Losing rapidly due to low carbs and mostly Atkins shakes! Plus I've been good with the gym and its been busy at work so woo hop for me!!!
203.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
