So the scale says I went up a pound but I tried on a dress that previously did not fit and now it does. So although I did not lose I am happy that I can wear something I previously could not.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
