I'm not surprised my weight didn't change from last week, but I was hoping for a surprise... I will be better focused this week and lose those 2lbs I'm aiming at!
180.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
