I am retaining water. Puffy hands and feet from sitting at the computer yesterday. It was stuff I had to get done and I'm glad I got it done, but I'm paying for it today. Time to increase water and Gotta get moving more. The good news is that we are not using table salt at all, having switched to Mrs. Dash. The heat is terrible this year.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
