its so frustrating when u work ur ass off and u gain a kilo instead of losing
136.7 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That weight gain could be sore muscles retaining water. Don't let it demotivate you. Weight will fluctuate and that is normal :)

Hmm thought so too but think I should put the scale away for a while. Still have 8 days left on the 30 Day Shred. Lol even lost a dress size so I'm not going to focus on the scale for now

The scale is the biggest liar in the world!!! You can put on weight yet lose centimeters at the same time so you end up heavier but slimmer! Always monitor yourself with measurements and not the scale alone. All the best on your remaining 8 days :)
