Day 15. Let the real weight loss begin. Oatmeal and banana breakfast. 2.25 mile walk. New weight of 273.6. Going to maintain what I am doing. It seems to be working. Eye on the prize in 4 weeks. Goal weight of 262.0 lbs. in 4 weeks. 185 by July 1 , 2016.
273.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 78.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
