Tomorrow, I head to Manhattan for Thrillerfest. It's fun and important, and I'll see a bunch of friends that I only see once or twice a year. There are cocktail parties and banquets, along with lots of dining out and bar time... spanning five days.

Next week, I head to another, four-day writing conference.

My goal is to get through these two weeks without gaining weight...
191.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
